13  DELIVERY

13.1 The products will only be dispatched after the customer has paid neogno the full amount for the ordered products, using the approved payment methods stated in §5(4).
13.2 The shipping charges quoted below shall be borne by the customer and automatically added onto the customer invoice.

14  RETURNS & EXCHANGES

14.1 The customer has 14 days from receiving their package to cancel the order. Cancelation must be provided in writing via email (order@neogno.com), quoting the order number provided.
14.2 In line with Distance Selling Regulations, neogno will provide the customer with a full refund or exchange, including original shipping cost, if the goods in the canceled order are returned in their original conditions within 14 days of purchase. The shipping costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer. neogno recommends that goods are returned via recorded delivery, as we will not be held liable for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
